California to Expand COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility

Gov. Gavin Newsom on Thursday said that California is expanding COVID-19 vaccine eligibility. Anyone 50 and older will be eligible starting April 1 and anyone 16 and older will be eligible beginning April 15. Scott Budman reports.
