California's National Guard Supports Ukraine President, Military

California’s Lieutenant Governor, Eleni Kounalakis, praised the relationship between the California National Guard and Ukraine’s military. For nearly three decades, California troops have helped train Ukrainian soldiers and pilots and President Zelenskyy has been there himself.
