Defendant in Deadly Ghost Ship Warehouse Fire to Serve Sentence at Home

Derick Almena, the master tenant of an Oakland warehouse that caught fire during a music event, killing 36 people, was sentenced Monday to 12 years in prison, although he is unlikely to spend more time in jail.
