South Bay Animal Shelters at Capacity

An animal shelter in San Martin is well over capacity and just running out of room. It’s not unique to the shelter, it’s happening all over the Bay Area. NBC Bay Area’s Jessica Aguirre spoke to Lisa Jenkins, program manager at the County of Santa Clara Animal Care and Control, for some insight.
