What's behind the TikTok bill?

From Beijing, to the Bay Area, to Washington D.C. — lawmakers in the House of Representatives passed a bill Wednesday that would either force TikTok’s owner to sell, or face a total ban in the U.S. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to Eric Goldman of Santa Clara University School of Law for some insight.
