After A Foggy Start, Expect Crisp Sunshine In The Bay Area Wednesday

Patchy dense fog and areas of frost slowed the commute Wednesday morning. Afternoon temperatures will reach the upper 50’s under a mostly sunny sky Wednesday afternoon. Patchy fog and frost are expected to develop again Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
