Bay Area Heat Continues

High pressure holds on strong for another day with temps climbing quickly into the 90s and 100s around the Bay Area – including the inner bay out to the valleys. Tomorrow should begin to see some cooling as a sea breeze starts to develop, its possible a few areas Tuesday could reach their high temps around 11am-noon as onshore winds increase. Valleys will likely have to wait another day before significant cooling arrives. By midweek and into next weekend temps may actually trend slightly below average as a trough of low pressure sets up in the Pacific Northwest. While showers are expected to stay to the north and east of here, cool northwesterly winds should keep highs mainly in the 60s and 70s.
