Bright Sunday; Fog New Year's Eve

Much of the Bay Area woke up to 30s and a few areas of 20s Sunday morning. Sunday also started off foggy for some and the foggy pattern will continue into New Year’s Eve with fog developing towards midnight, primarily at the Coast.
