Cooler Coast, Warm Inland

All this warm weather may be making your neighborhoods, shall we say more pungent thanks to skunks. There is a weather tie-in to this story believe it or not. The forecast which attempts to follow right afterwards does have another day of warm temps inland but some cooler changes ahead as the sea breeze and coastal clouds begin to bring some cooling near the coastline to wrap up the weekend.Temps should still range from the mid 60s to upper 70s through Monday then drop a little more as a weather system brings a chance (we hope) of some rain for Wednesday. High pressure looks to come back again from Thursday into Saturday for more dry and warmer weather with another chance for rain possibly by next Sunday. In the meantime, “Spring” weather continues as we “Spring-Forward” on Sunday…a reminder to set clocks one hour forward overnight Saturday – meaning of course unfortunately we lose an hour of sleep but gain an extra hour of evening daylight. – Rob Mayeda
