Flood Risk Continues

Heavy rain at times and gusty winds will transition to scattered showers and isolated thunder at times into the afternoon and evening. Localized flooding is still possible, through Sunday with a Flash Flood Watch in effect. Continued rises on the Russian and Napa Rivers will lead to some localized flooding from Friday into Saturday as well. Saturday should see more rain at times (though not as heavy) before a stronger system kicks in around Sunday into early Monday. High pressure is expected to return by Tuesday to provide a few days of dry and warmer weather for the middle of next week.
