Forecast: Rain Returns, Chance for Thunder

A cooler and breezy start to the weekend is in store for the Bay Area with welcome rain at times, but stay on guard for a chance of isolated thunderstorms and hail by midday to early evening as the atmosphere gets more unstable during the day.
