Freezing Temps Continue

Areas of frost and freezing temps will be a part of the forecast now it appears into Monday of next week before temps attempt to climb closer to average by Wednesday ahead of our best bet for rain next week. Highs should climb into the mid 50s to near 60 this weekend with increasing high clouds at times into Monday. A weather system approaching the coast for Monday will bring mostly cloudy skies following another cold start to the morning. Unfortunately, not much in the way of rain is expected other than a few sprinkles near the coast and North Bay. That added cloud cover could keep temps in the 40s and 50s into Monday afternoon! For Tuesday and Wednesday things are set to change as southerly winds begin to increase taking our temps back into the 60s as our best chance for rain moves in for early Thursday morning. We may see a few showers into Friday before high pressure recovers to start next weekend.
