Heat Advisory Continues

Hot weather is expected to last for one more day, though we should begin to see an earlier start up of the sea breeze during the afternoon which may drop temps slightly for the coast and inner bay. Highs will range from the 60s and 70s near the coast to low 80s to near 90 around the bay to mid 90s and 100s possible well inland. Clouds will increase pretty rapidly into the afternoon, via mid-high level clouds moving in from the Sierra and Southern California. We’ll see cooling temps into Thursday and Friday with a slight chance for some showers, though most of the action should remain over the Sierra and in the hills to the north. As onshore winds increase midway through the weekend, inland valley temps should be up to 20 degrees cooler from Wed to Sun.
