Jeff's Forecast: Dry Wind Ramping Up Temps

Strong high pressure returns over the next 48 hours to warm the Bay Area. As Chief Meteorologist Jeff Ranieri explains, there’s also a change in the wind that will help to push temperatures to near record setting levels.
