Jeff's Forecast: Chilly Morning Weather Returns, Plenty of Sunshine for Halloween

Cool 40s return for the morning and mostly clear. We’ll keep that sunshine and some really great weather for Halloween afternoon as 70s to low 80s return inland, 70s near the bay and 60s to low 70s SF-coast.
