Labor Day Valley Heat

Our Labor Day weekend will wrap up with warmer temps across the Bay Area with some 80s and 90s likely for our valleys and mostly 70s to 80s closer to the bay.As a trough of low pressure knocks aside the ridge of high pressure responsible for Monday’s warmer temps, we’ll see 10-15 degrees of cooling by midweek. The wildcard in the forecast could be what becomes of remnant moisture from the former Hurricane Marie, which will get directed into Northern California later on Wednesday. We could see an enhancement to coastal drizzle and possibly a few isolated sprinkles or showers as this juicy air rides over the coastal hills enough to wring out a few drops.Temps should stay at or slightly below average for the second half of the week and into next weekend.Enjoy your Labor Day Monday!- Rob
