Mild Weekend Temps

Some light rain and mist started the weekend with totals ranging from .05″ to .08″ for Orinda, Mt. Diablo, Mill Valley and near Sebastopol. This little Summer rainfall bonus was courtesy of a weakening weather system moving through the region by mid-afternoon Saturday. For Sunday, we’ll see areas of morning low clouds with some mist, but should see more sunshine for the latter half of the day with temps rising slightly warmer into the new week. As more weather systems pass by to our north, its looking like rain chances stay out of the Bay Area, but onshore winds will insure our temps stay at or slightly below average around midweek. The long range outlook does look gradually warmer for next weekend.
