Mild Weekend With A Few Showers

With the jet stream aiming in on Northern California we’ll see moisture spilling in at times this weekend, good enough to warrant a chance for a few showers mainly north of San Francisco at times and adding a chance for some mist/drizzle elsewhere. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy with enough sun to get our temperatures into the 60s and possibly near 70 for areas south of San Jose on Saturday.Sunday looks a bit cooler with more clouds and a slightly higher chance for more widespread morning mist and a few showers heading into Monday morning. A big pattern shift is due on Monday, one you will notice with increasing wind as high pressure builds in from the west. Winds could get gusty with wind speeds in the 20-40 mph range into early Tuesday morning. As high pressure strengthens, we’ll see inland highs climb into the 70s and a few low 80s by midweek and a slight offshore breeze which should allow warming and clearing skies out near the coastline as well.Hope you enjoy your weekend!
