More Rain & Wind Ahead

A chance for some moderate rain at times will carry over into early Friday before skies trend drier into the afternoon. A few showers may still be possible near the hills and esp. around the North Bay into the afternoon before the next storm in a series arrives into Friday night. Rain totals should be higher with this second system into midday Saturday before another brief break as winds begin to increase ahead of a stronger storm due Sunday afternoon. Rain will continue along with locally gusty winds off and on into Monday, with another quick moving system moving through late Tuesday into Wednesday. Its possible some coastal mountain areas may exceed 5″ of rain in the next few days, with the highest rain rates falling Sunday night and Monday.
