New Storm Arrives Thursday

Plan on a windy start to Thursday as rain begins to increase across the area into midday Thursday. Rain should change to showers into Thursday evening with what’s left of the showers ending by Friday morning. Heavy snow is expected to fall at times in the Sierra where a Winter Storm Warning has been issued. More rain is possible later into this upcoming weekend from Sunday into Monday.
