Patchy Fog & 70s Return In Jeff's Forecast

While we will be storm free over the Bay Area low level moisture will linger Overnight as temperatures cool into the 30s. This will produce areas of patchy dense fog slowing the commute. Details on when the fog clears & who could hit 70° in my forecast.
