Rob Mayeda's Friday Forecast

Cool dry air settling into the valleys under mostly clear skies will set things up for a brisk start to Friday mornings with 40s and 50s in the wind-sheltered valleys. Daytime temps will rebound nicely with most inland spots in the mid 70s to mid 80s. Temps will continue climbing through Sunday and Monday as high pressure builds through the weekend. Plan on 70s and 80s near the coast and bay to valley temps in the 80s-90s with some 100s possible well inland. A slow cool down will begin along the coastline late Monday and for most inland locations toward the middle of next week. Summer weather not quite done with the Bay Area just yet.
