Rob Mayeda's Tuesday Forecast

Marine layer depth is about 1,800′ thick, spreading well inland again to start the morning with areas of drizzle. We’ll get typical clearing back to near San Francisco and the coast by late morning/noon with highs staying fairly cool with onshore winds near the coast and inner bay, valleys will see hazy sunshine with areas of smoke especially near the South Bay with high temps in the 70s to mid 80s. A slight bump up in temps is expected for tomorrow before onshore winds increase and the marine layer could deepen significantly approaching the weekend, increasing the odds of more widespread late night and early morning drizzle along with cooler than average temps to start the weekend.
