Rob Mayeda's Tuesday Forecast

Our marine layer compressed nearly 1,000 ft. in the last 24 hours with warming air aloft settling in, a sign of high pressure building in that will allow valley temps to make a run at the 90s today and rise slightly higher for Wednesday. We should see slow cooling approaching the weekend as high pressure weakens, more noticeable around the coast and bay while valley temps hang on to mid and upper 80s.
