Rob's Forecast: Warming Ahead

After an early season and usually strong upper level low tracked inland to our north, we’ll now watch for high pressure to build in to start the week, boosting temperatures in time for Sunday. Valleys will see highs returning to the mid and upper 80s with some 90s possible well inland while coast and bayside temps stay in the 60s and 70s but likely warmer vs. Saturday’s highs. We could see some mid 90s inland Monday and Tuesday before winds increase again by midweek leading to some cooling. We may have to watch for dry, northerly winds by Thursday and Friday with a storm system diving down east of the Sierra, stay tuned.
