Slightly Warmer Sunday

A brief strengthening of high pressure will compress the marine layer slightly, enough to warm up most locations away from the coast and bay by 5 to 10 degrees. This brief warm up won’t last too long as an area of low pressure drops down the NorCal coast which will encourage a resurgent onshore push of cooler air and cooler inland temps through midweek. Some of the computer models are trending towards bringing some showers with this system into the North Bay around Tuesday…so stay tuned. Temps should rise next weekend as high pressure builds back into the region.
