Snowpack's Impact on the California Drought

The recent storms dumped a good amount of snow in the mountains around Lake Tahoe. This is obviously fun for skiers, but what about the drought? NBC Bay Area’s Jessica Aguirre spoke to Dr. Andrew Schwartz, meteorologist with Berkeley’s Central Sierra Snow Lab, for some insight.
