Spring Showers Return

Mild temps have returned but as temps decrease, humidity levels have certainly increased as a fairly ‘warm’ weather system with subtropical moisture sends clouds our way and increasing chances for some rain at times toward the end of the day. Isolated thunder may be possible as well, especially near the coastal mountains into the start of the weekend. Showers should decrease later on Sunday as the upper level low tracks inland across Central California, followed by a cooler weather system early next week which should be cold enough to support Sierra snow near 6,000 ft.
