Warm Temps Continue

High pressure holding strong will ensure another day of temps in the 70s and a few 80s inland which may close in on some records near the Tri-Valley, Solano County and areas south of San Jose. However, much like a typical Summer day in late March, we should see a moderate sea breeze kick in by mid-afternoon bringing down temps along the coast and inner bay by early evening. Temps should cool a few more degrees Monday and Tuesday as weather systems weaken the ridge of high pressure slightly and mid and high level clouds pass by. Unfortunately these systems look dry for the Bay Area aside from possibly an isolated shower north to Mendocino County or eastward over the Sierra at times. The next best opportunity for showers may arrive by late next weekend – we hope!Rob Mayeda
