Warmer Temps Ahead

A Summer-like spread of temperatures is expected from the holiday weekend through midweek. Cool, breezy 60s and 70s will be around from the coast to the inner bay. Valleys will see highs mostly in the 80s to low 90s in spots for Sunday, then likely upper 80s to mid 90s possible Monday and Tuesday. Some cooling will arrive Wednesday into Thursday as southerly winds bring in cooler marine air, however high pressure will remain somewhat fixed just to our north. Into next weekend we’ll be watching an area of low pressure near the SoCal coast that may bring some mid-level moisture and a risk for some showers along the coastal range and Sierra into next weekend.
