Warming into Fleet Week-end

High pressure will begin building over NorCal starting Thursday, leading our temperatures on an upward trend peaking around Saturday. Highs should be in the 60s to mid 70s today, before climbing into the 70s and 80s for most locations by Friday. Saturday may see highs around the bay in the 80s with some 90s possible in some of the warmest valleys. Sunday should see the return of onshore winds and increasing high clouds as a weather system begins to break down high pressure again. Next chance for rain may arrive around next Wednesday as stronger weather systems begin to arrive along the West Coast. Rain totals that this point though look light to moderate at best around the middle of next week. Meanwhile, a return to more Summer-like weather is ahead.
