Warming For Labor Day Weekend

Expect a little mugginess to start the weekend as remnant moisture streaming away from the former Tropical Storm Marie drifts over the Bay Area. We should see these clouds thin out during the day Saturday and inland temps begin climbing slightly into next week. Meantime for the coast and bay some areas of local drizzle and low clouds are possible for the next couple of mornings.Temps should peak for the valleys on Monday with highs climbing to the 90s in the warmest spots. The warmup however shouldn’t last too long as a trough of low pressure sweeps in to our north, bringing in a much stronger sea breeze and lowering temps into the 70s and 80s inland by the middle of next week.Enjoy your Saturday! – Rob Mayeda
