Frosty Start, Rain Returns Later This Week

We’ll see some areas of patchy fog and frost for the morning with mostly sunny skies returning for Monday. Expect increasing clouds for Tuesday with some rain at times by evening into the North Bay and into the rest of the Bay Area overnight into Wednesday.
