Bay Area Woman Cancels Gym Membership, Still Gets Charged

A Walnut Creek woman says she was wrongfully charged fees for canceling her gym membership. She couldn’t fix the problem herself, but our consumer team did. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
