At least one person has died after a vehicle crashed into a sound wall in Discovery Bay in unincorporated Contra Costa County late Saturday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP said the crash occurred in a residential neighborhood at the intersection of Lakeshore Circle and Winchester Loop and was first reported at 11:44 p.m.
