The Bay Area will see a mix of sun, rain at times and ongoing windy conditions with a chance for thunderstorms on Monday. There is a risk for isolated severe thunderstorms which could include locally damaging wind gusts.
The Storm Prediction Center has highlighted interior Northern California for a “slight risk” for low topped supercell thunderstorms that may produce isolated tornadoes or have strong locally damaging winds.

A strong storm arrived earlier Sunday, with rain it continued through the night.
That rainfall is one of the biggest concerns Sunday to Monday, with the NWS advising on social media that "[f]looding of streams, creeks, and low-lying areas is likely, with flash flooding possible."
A wind advisory and flood watch went into effect Sunday morning at around 10 a.m. The wind advisory is set to continue through late Monday night, while the flood watch will continue through 10 a.m. Wednesday.
