Bay Area Man Overcharged For a New Phone Plan

NBC Bay Area responds to a Cupertino man who says he paid too much for a new phone plan. He says the carrier, T-Mobile, overcharged him then wouldn’t make things right. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
