A preliminary 2.5 magnitude earthquake struck Wednesday morning in the North Bay, near Santa Rosa, according to the United States Geological Survey.
The quake struck at 8:34 a.m. and was centered about 6 miles southeast of Santa Rosa, the USGS said.
