Santa Clara County Firefighters battled a two-alarm house fire on the 1700 block of Hurst Ave in Campbell early Friday morning.
Responders arrived at the scene around 2:30 a.m. to find heay smoke and fire coming from the back of a single-story residence that was under construction.
They were able to put out the flames within an hour.
No injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
