San Mateo Family Told Airline Tickets For Trip Unchangeable

NBC Bay Area responds to a San Mateo family’s fight over a Transatlantic flight. Curtis Thompson planned a family trip to London for the Cricket World Cup. But when he tried to change his travel dates, Virgin Atlantic Airways told him his tickets were not changeable. Consumer investigator Chris Chmura reports.
