LeBron James Issues Get Well Message to Steve Kerr

Programming note: Warriors-Blazers Game 4 coverage starts tonight at 6:30pm with Warriors Pregame Live on NBC Sports Bay Area, and streaming live right here.

Steve Kerr is going through a difficult time.

And LeBron James wants the Warriors' head coach to know that he's thinking about him.

"My thoughts and prayers go out to Steve Kerr, man," James said through Uninterrupted on Monday. "I'm not quite sure of the illness that he got going on, but anything that'll keep him away from the game, I know it can't be the best. So my thoughts and prayers from my family to Steve Kerr and his family, man. I wish you a healthy recovery.

"And whatever that you going through, I hope the man above continue to put his blessing on top of you and the family, man, and you pull through and get back to the sideline and just get back to just being able to be you on a day-to-day basis."

Kerr did not coach the Warriors in Game 3, will not be on the sideline for Game 4 and is out indefinitely.

He did attend the Warriors' shootaround on Monday morning.

LeBron and the Cavs completed the sweep of the Pacers on Sunday.

Cleveland will face the winner of the Raptors-Bucks series -- which is tied at 2-2.
