Details on the deal have not yet been announced.
Nelson has spent the last two season with the Raiders, starting all 16 games in both years. This past season, Nelson's interceptions numbers went down but his tackles went up.
In 2017, Nelson recorded just one interception as he served more as a tackling force. The 34-year-old recorded 60 solo tackles and 29 assists.
Nelson was named to the Pro Bowl in his first season as a Raider in 2016, and his last as a Bengal in 2015.
