Mark Canha proved you must be patient in the box ... especially when you call a last-second timeout at the plate.
In the top of the eighth inning of Friday night's A's-Rangers game, Texas reliever Shawn Kelley threw a floater to Canha.
And that thing floated.
Since the pitch ... or whatever it was, was thrown during a called time, it didn't end up counting. But at least we have video proof of how weird it was.
