San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom is apparently a really green mayor.

But Gavin wins for most green photo op, surely, with his dainty white hanky unsullied by diesel emissions. He gets points for the city's green building mandate, the yet to be seen tide-powered turbines, and for calling the city a "laboratory for innovation." BOOM. Governor.
