Angel Pagan Gives Away Free Tacos

Taco Bell's World Series promotional give away was Tuesday.

Giants outfielder Angel Pagan tried his hand as a fast food worker Tuesday as he helped Taco Bell give away tacos.

Pagan helped get everyone in the country a free Doritos Loco Tacos when he stole second base during Game 2 of the World Series last week at AT&T Park.

Taco Bell ran a national promotion with the promise to give the tacos away if any player stole a base in the series. Pagan got that steal last Thursday and became the hero of free food lovers everywhere.

Tuesday was the pre-planned give away day. Taco Bell handed out free tacos between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at participating stores across the country.

One of those participating stores had a special guest helping hand out the tacos.

The Taco Bell in Redwood City at 2693 El Camino Real invited Pagan to take part in the give-away and he said yes. Pagan worked the drive-through window and then learned how to put together a Doritos Loco Taco. He was so proud of his creation, he ate it himself.

Word that Pagan would be in Redwood City spread on Twitter making that particular Taco Bell one of the most popular fast food spots in the country. The store was mobbed for the entire afternoon.
