Caltrain has heard its passenger complaints loud and clear, and it will start upgrading its PA system starting Monday at several Bay Area stations.
The PA systems at stations in San Francisco, Sunnyvale and San Jose were identified as unreliable and inadequate.
The new system will bring communications up to current standards.
The upgrade will take about six months to complete.
