    Two men were shot and killed on the 3600 block of Foothill Blvd. in Oakland on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015.

     Two men were shot and killed in Oakland's Fruitvale District Saturday night, police said.

    Police believe one person is responsible for the double homicide, which was reported at 9:21 p.m. on the 3600 block of Foothill Blvd. The victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

    As of Sunday morning, police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and are unclear on whether it was gang related. 

    Police are searching for a possible suspect in connection with the shooting, but did not release a description Sunday morning. No arrests have been made so far.
