Santa Rosa Police arrested a man who they say shot both his cousins over a family dispute.
30-year-old Isidro Godinez Flores is being held without bail in Los Angeles County.
He was arrested after a traffic stop in El Monte.
Police found 32-year-old Jose Sanchez and 24-year-old Julio Sanchez, both shot.
Jose Sanchez is in critical condition.
Julio Sanchez was shot once and is expected to survive.
Police say the shooting doesn't appear to be gang or drug related, but is a family matter.
