Zagat Survey has released it's "30 Under 30" list of up-and-coming chefs, mixologists, and restaurateurs for the Bay Area.

“We’re proud to identify the new generation of industry professionals that we believe will blaze trails in the Bay Area,” said Tim Zagat, Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Zagat Survey, in a press release.
