For spring, Holmes & Yang stuck to what they do best: luxe basics, but with an added flair. Holmes told WWD recently that the collection is "basically pieces that have evolved from basics, but not too far. They're just nice, well made luxury items that highlight the woman wearing them."

Price points are expected to range from about $700 to $3,000. “We have a lot of casual, and gowns, some unique jackets,” she told WWD. Details include shirts lined in silk—“the silky part of the shirt is on your body all day," Holmes said.

Leathers and silk dominated the show, with this short-suit a particular standout. Eric Wilson of The New York Times tweeted: "At Holmes & Yang, it all looks very much like Katie."
